Dear TRAI Team,
I had complained 1 week before regarding Pack related issue to Dish TV: complaint no.: [protected], till date the issue was not solved even after contacting Dish customer care for several times?? They misleading me & testing my patience.

Pl, do the needful and solve my concern.

Very worst reponse, No dish tv technician had called me regarding my complaint. Kindly wake them up..!

Today i received a call from customer care regarding technician requirement, saying "today i am mailing your concern till date non of our customer care executive had mailed to concern technician regarding your complaint". Whats happening?? Are you guys really trying to solve this issue?? Why such irresponsible behaviour?? @ Dish TV
