[Resolved] Dish TV — insufficient recharge after proper payment | |||||
As per TRAI guidelines I recharged my DISH TV account on 18th Feb 2019 but after the recharge process I noticed that recharge was not of month even but just of few days. Now my switch-off date is 7/3/2019. When I tried to inquire in DISH TV about this issue they said due to system up-gradation this issue is going on but I believe this is not an ethical way to handle any customer's technical query. Henceforth I request to kindly intervene and sort out my problem. When I am paying the cost of those channels which I view then on what ground I'm not getting the recharge benefit of 1 month.
