[Resolved]  Dish TV — My package change without my permission.

I am not getting any kind of proper service from dish tv company and technician. I am using super family pack rs.270/-. My switch off date is 04/06/2017. Then on same day 04/06/2017 i have done my recharge of rs.295/- (Super family pack rs.270/- + sports hd cannel pack rs.25 offer given by dish tv) for 30 days the switch off date is 05/07/2017. After recharge i am not able to watch my sports hd cannels then i call customer care. Then dish tv executive provides the engineer to me. But my problem is not solved. Service request no. Is[protected]. Your engineer is misbehaving with me and my mummy in our home. I have a proof video of your engineer and id card of your dish tv engineer.
On 08/06/2017 at 7:00 pm i show my a/c details its show my next recharge date is 16/06/2017 & switch off date 19/06/2017 how it is possible because i have done my recharge rs.295/- for 30 days. Then i call customer care he told me your package is change from service centre or dealership centre. He also given service request no.[protected] i am not told to change my package. This type of problem i am facing from dish tv company.
