[Resolved] Dish TV — new charge | |
I am customer of dish tv. They are charging 153 rupees for the channels which we don’t see at all. We enquire about this, they informed that the minimum amount is charged as per trai guidelines. Because of this, our monthly expenses towards tv has gone up. We expect trai being a government body, works for the benifit of the public. But we are forced come to a conclusion that you are working for the benefit of large corporates. The tv viewers are not at all benefited by your guidelines. We fail to understand why we should pay for the channels which we don’t se even once in a month. Please do not be party for the corporates to loot the public.
