[Resolved] Dish TV — recharged but not coming of channels and showing of non balance | |||
Sir I made a recharge of 219 family back on. My dish tv vc [protected] on 4 april 2020. Yet all the channels are not coming. Today morning it shows you have no balance where as there is balance is shown in y dish tv mobile application. My repeated missed call for subscription and e mails are not worthy. They are replay that they are processing yet the processing don't complete. Please look in to my issue seriously Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear concerned today on 3rd april 2020 i recharge my dish tv.I entered wrong vac no [protected] instead of [protected] of rs.750.please do needful

My vc is [protected].I have recharged an amount of Rs 582/- on a wrong vc i.e [protected].I tried to contact the customer care, but the call was kept on queue for more than an hour and disconnected later.Please transfer the money to my current vc i.e [protected].I can provide u with all the details u need.
