[Resolved] Dish TV — serious deficiency in services provided by dish tv | |||
Dear sir, I am subash chander and am attached with dish tv for tv viewing. I have selected various channels out of the list and there is no problems with the channels other than channel number 602. I have complained to dish tv on customer care many times. The executives sitting at dish tv customer care are telling that a technician has to be arranged to re-tune this channel. They too told that this is a paid service and the subscriber has to pay for it. My contention is that for so many years i am paying to the dish tv for this channel. More so dish tv is deducting @ rs 19/- per month from my account for this particular channel every month. As such the technician services are supposed to be provided by the dish tv and not the customer. May request the trai to instruct dish tv to retune the channel at its own cost Was this information helpful? | |||
