[Resolved] Dish TV — wrong service activated by company representatives | |||||
This is vikash and i m using dish tv (India's biggest cheap service dth service provider) since 1 year (Aprrox). Dish tv always fail to secure our promises that better service and better enrichment. A miniplex service is activated in my dish tv account. Jab ki maine koi aisa service activate kv kiya nahi. Customer care always making full and earn money from customer to company. I m try to connect to deactivate and return my money (Those money that deducted from miniplex service) but not succeed yet. Bahut chutiya banate hai company wale, kav kahte hai ki senior se kal baat karwate hai to kav kahte hai ki system upgradation chal rha hai... There are two times miniplex service are activated without customer permission. Very cheat. Please take legal action regarding this type of cheating. Very cheap customer experience. Bina puri baat sune call disconnect kar dete hai.. Please deactivate my miniplex service and refund my deducted amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
