Dear Mr. Santosh Naik,

I, Mrs. Madhuri Tayshete along with other 12 members who booked flat in Cida De Vida Project, Kavir, Alibag - pre-launch offer in June 2012 (almost all members booked this flat in 2012 / 2013), were hereby given notice for non completion and non handing over the possession of flats purchased by us to Mr. Santosh Naik, MD, Disha Direct to his Thane New Office address: Disha Direct marketing Services Ltd., Corporate Office 609, 6th Floor, Tower 1 - Lodha Supremus, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane (West) on 14/07/2018 and acknowledgement was also given by your assistant in your Office (with Signature and stamp).
Please note that your Disha Direct Office address changed since 1 1/2 month, but till date we, all members, have not informed about the same.
Your assistant and Mr. Pravin Hazare (who was not in office on 14/7/18, but as per telephonic discussions with him by Mr. Rele, one of the owner of Cidade Vida Project) promised that he will convey message to Mr. Santosh Naik, MD and will keep a joint meeting with all 12 members within 3 days time. Till 10 days are over, no communication or phone call or any letter / reply received from your end.
Please note that, if no reply is received in writing, EIR with EOW will be filed plus writ petition will be filed with Chairperson of RERA (MAHARERA)
TREAT THIS AS MOST URGENT & ON TOP PRIORITY.

Disha Direct Marketing Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Madhuri Tayshete After submitting complaint/ notice to Disha Direct New Office at Thane on 14th July, 2018 and even after Disha Direct Assistant promised us to keep joint meeting with all members along with Company's MD, Mr. Santosh Naik within 3 days time, as of date i.e. 3rd August, 2018, no phone call or email or any other correspondence received from Disha Direct regarding our CIDADE VIDA, KAVIR, ALIBAUG Project to any member from our group.

Please don't do any investment in DISHA DIRECT PROJECT 'CIDADE VIDA, KAVIR, ALIBAUG PROJECT. It is a dead project started in June 2012. Even after 6 years time over to this project, there is no response from Disha Direct.
