No registration after taking full payment, reso villa cottage i santosh ambavkar (Owner of cottage no.7) have made 100% payment for this project of disha direct in reso villa project manor since jan 2016 (Inr 25, 00, 000). All requested formalities have been completed by me on request by the company. They were agreesive till they did not get 100% payment. Once they (Disha direct) received their payment they have just vanished. I have been persistently following up with them to do the registration but they have not provided me with a definitive and clear honest response. Every follow up from my end has led to a new story being shared with me their representatives. They do not respond to your calls and provide false promises of calling back... Which never happens... I am helpless as repeated follow ups are not leading me anywhere and their representatives - ranging from their sales head to their legal head are all just lying!!! I am hoping that this complaint here reaches to someone who can help me and guide me. My had earned money is in the hands of the cheaters - thats the feeling i have!!! Please help!! For this project i collect money form my saving, some fathers retirement fund & some loan from bank. They promised me to give registration in jan 2016. But nothing happened.
