I was working in disnet wireless ltd ie aircel ltd. I have resigned on 18 jan 2018 after two month of fnf. I am trying to claim my pf through online but unable to do that i am facing problem to update my kyc. Whenever i am trying to update my pan details getting error message ie pan verification failed (Name against uan does not match with name in income tax department). Regarding the problem i talked to company hr but denied to take the liability to solve the problem guiding just do this or that. I have even approached to pf help desk but he is also unable to help me. I have worked in the organisation for one and half year but never arised this kind of problem of name missmatch. My question is when my pf was deducting from my salary at that time this name missmatch against uan and pan (Income tax department) did not arise. Then why this typical problem is arising during my pf withdraw moment. If my name is not matching with uan and pan then my pf should not be deducted. At that time government department of pf or uan did not made any objection on this missmatch. Than why this problem is arising now. To whom should i contact now to resolve this problem. Do my hard work money will be kept reserved for the life time for this issue in government account. I dont understand that online system was made for the ease of an individual than why there is no other alternative was made to help the people who are facing and suffering the same problem like me. Why we need to escalate such complain in this type of portal. Our company is now bankrupt hence to whom i should contact now.
