DishTV — [protected] not resolved from 48 hrs - big issue for dish service network | |||
Dear team, I had raised complain on 4th sep till date no resolution. I was recharged of rs. 713 on 4th sep. I need to terminate this service as per below reason. 1) i stayed in cbd belapur navi mumbai, as per dish tv we can't provide service to this area within 24hrs. 2) my dish connection not working & already recharge done, dish tv not able to refund this amount due to internal policy. 3) if dish tv network is not strong - i don't want this service. 4) i wanted to switch to other brand who can give me proper service within proper time. Request you to refund my recent recharge & terminate my service from dish tv. I don't want to take dish tv connection in future as bad service providers.
