[Resolved] DishTV — about my dishtv recharge date

Respected sir, i smt n. Vijayalakshmi distv consumer no. [protected] rmn[protected], begs to inform you that, i have paid rs. 1370 + rs.2= rs.1372/- on[protected] for 6 (Six) months payment at a time vide paytm order no. [protected] & dc transaction no.[protected]. My next payment date will be from[protected] to 6 months =[protected]. But daily the message shows on tv screen, that my next recharge is 21st april 2018. How? Kindly clarify and send me your answer to email id - sholapuri. [protected]@gmail.com, immediately.

DishTV Customer Care's response Dear Vijaya (N Vijaya),

As per our discussion on [protected], informed you that billing has been reduced due to activation of Oriya Delight Add-on pack on 13 Nov 2017. We have not received the payment for Oriya Delight Add-on pack on 13 Nov 2017. As per your request, Oriya Delight Add-on pack has been deactivated. Switch off date-25/Apr/2018. Currently subscribed pack is NEW SOUTH FAMILY SPORTS PACK (Rs.225*+18%GST) Rs. 265 per month. For unsubscribed channel issue, we have sent a refresh command on your STB (set top box). Please keep the STB on LCN-96 for 15 minutes. If the problem still persists, kindly contact to our customer care once available in front of the STB so that online troubleshoot can be done.
