[Resolved] DishTV — about third class service it's providing. | |||
I have been using the service for years now, but now a days dish tv have became so careless about the customer service. Even after you choose the pack that you want they suddenly make changes into it like providing the low definition channel instead of hi definition that you have subscribed, that means paying high for low priced channel and removing the channel from the pack without even telling you. That is also when, that you cannot remove any channel by yourself for three to six months while you subscribed it but they do the same with you without even taking you in consideration. I want all the services that i have paid for and how can any service provider can make changes into without taking me in consideration. Was this information helpful? | |||
