[Resolved] DishTV — account deactivated by them for no reason | |||
Sir I am consumer of dishtv having the vc no-[protected]. I made a recharge of rs200 on 13 feb 2019 when my recharge date was shown by my tv was 17th feb 2019 then i changed my set up box on 14th feb. I paid all the amount regarding that on that day to the representative but now on 20th feb 2019 they swithed off my channels and deactivated my account when i called their coustomer care they are saying that when you changed the set up box your pack also changed to 371 even after this also if someone will calculate then i should get atleast 16 day of service but they just given me 6 day and now they are saying that to activate account i should recharge rs 371 and they are not listening to my complaint i have called them several times in these days. So please sir take some serious steps against them and give me my rights my contact no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir it's been 2 days since i had complained but till now no action has taken yet neither they are calling nor resolving the problem then what is the need of opening this portal is this only opened for showing up
