[Resolved]  DishTV — annual package changed without my request

I am a dishtv customer. I opted for annual pack. As per trai rules, customer with annual pack didn't had to undergo any changes for channel package, but dishtv changed my package without my request and without informing me. I made a complaint, but since past 11 days they are not giving any solution. Trai made this rules so that consumer can see what he wants and here i am not able to see for what i paid for. Dishtv is making false commitments but they are not providing any solution for my problem. I have paid for the whole year and as per dishtv executive there is no option for refund as well. So what should i do? Wait for 1 month? 1 year? How much time dishtv wants to resolve a querry? I was given deadline i. E 11th february till 2pm my problem will be solved. But still there is no solution, senior executive is asking for more time now. On what basis should i believe that this time you will solve my problem if you didn't since past 11 days? I am taking this complaint to consumer protection because this is fraud. Dishtv has taken money and they are not providing service.

IAM trying to contact with dish TV customer care but customer care system is not working, only able to reach ivr

We completely understand the situation that you are facing. Due to high call volumes, there might a delay in attending your call. Further, we would like to inform you that since you haven't made an advance request before 1st February 2019, you are migrated to another pack which is closest to your previous one. However, if you're trying to select the channels/packs as per the TRAI guidelines, we would suggest you to send a mail at customercare@dishtv.in along with the list of channels/packs which you want to select, our team will help you with the same. Thanks!

As per TRI rules I want to use only the compulsory DD channels rest of the free channels i want to remove using your channel mapping tool online as they are consuming my NCF capacity unnecessarilyl.
