[Resolved]  DishTV — Bad service - dish tv

Dear team,

This is to inform you that i applied for a multi-connection on 31st october, i spoke to the sales team and they informed me that this will be done with in next 24 hours but till now the connection is not set.

I spoke to the dishtv customer care (Junior and senior) staff but thye told me that the request is closed and i asked them to reopen it thrice.

I never experienced this type of service in my entire life.

My vc card number is [protected] I have been receiveing the 102 vc card deactivated message since 2 days, and my dish is disconnected. I am due for recharge only in August 2016. I would like to know what is the problem ??!! Kindly look into the matter and advise. Thanks
