[Resolved]  DishTV — bad service experience misbehaviour from dish tv service had

I am lalitprasad from ahmedabad my old vc no. Is [protected] and new is [protected] i had upgrade my sd setup box to hd on 3/09/2017 the service person on that time he changed on set-up box and he didn't change lmv

He said that lmv is not available at this time i will change tomorrow morning but he didn't come at next day. He came on 5/9/2017 and he changed lmv but hi didn't make dish aliment he said i will come tomorrow for aliment but till he doesn't come i have alleredy make online complaint 3-4 time, i have email [protected]@dishtv.in and [protected]@dishtv.in more then 5 time but i don't get any response from costumer care and services time.

Really i am fed-up from dish tv service and i want to disconnect my dish tv connection. With my balance amount and hd set-up box instillation charge.

I have not got proper response from regional had ahmedabad from last 10 days,

There is a red light in the set top box . And when we press the power button that in not on or off .we have change the cell of remote .but it has not working yet .pls... Chek this.
