[Resolved] DishTV — box is not upgraded (vc number: [protected]) | |||||
We have raised the complaint om some channels not coming in dish tv set box. For that customer care team told to upgrade the set top box. I am ok to change the set top box and the customer care person agreed that it will be done in 2 working days. So far no action has taken and we are not getting any channels now. Complaint raised on 06/dec/2018 and today date is 14/dec/2018 Was this information helpful? | |||||
