[Resolved] DishTV — change base pack without my permission | |||||
I recharge my DishTV VC [protected] on 03 july for Rs.885 and on 4july they called at my wife and she told that she don't know about pack but Customercare changed my base pack from Tamil Bonaza to Punjabi. I send 10 emails to change my pack back to Tamil Bonaza but no response. Now I m sending email that start add-on 05 Tamil channels but after 02 week nothing done. Even they are n o t changing UNATHORIZED BASE PACK or Don't add-on extra 5 Tamil channels where im agree to pay. They ar e charging for a service which i d id not opted. Jul 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I RECIEVED EMAIL FROM DIDISHTV WITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER RAISING COMPLAINTHERE AND THEY CHANGED MY PACK AS PER MY REQUEST.
