[Resolved] DishTV — Changed Sony Bouquet 24 to Sony Bouquet26 and charged the excess amount without informing me | |||
It is very disgusting and unfortunate that You Charged for Sony Bouquet 26 for which i have neither called nor requested by any means. Today when i called your customer care number, Madam is saying that i have requested for this change which is WHITE LIE. when i asked by what mode i have requested, she said online, i asked her to send me the proof then she told, she can not do this. But she may withdraw this plan after my request but what about the difference what they have debited from my amount as the difference, she has no answer for my question that how excess amount will be adjusted. This sudden change of plan occurred THIRD TIME without informing me. I am fed up now by just approach now thatswhy complainig now. Pl dont repeat this thing in future otherwise i will have to complaint in some other ways as well. Adjust the excess amount in my account which you have charged for 2-3 days.
