[Resolved] DishTV — channel is stopped

I have purchased non stop pack for three years . And still having validity approx .one more year .But dish tv stop many channel like zee anmol cinema, sony wah, star utsav movie, rishtey cineplex etc. When i complaint customer care they said you have to pay for these channel as per TRAI .Why should i pay when i have still validity for one more year.Ticket no. for complaint is[protected].
