[Resolved] DishTV — Charged during warranty | |||
My VC number is [protected]. I called your representative in January when my service were under warranty through your helpline. My dish was not getting signals. So your representative changed some wire fittings and went back. but nothing happened. I called on the customer care number again and your representative came again and change a part. He took 300 rupees from me and I have the bilp also. Today I was reading warranty policy and I came to know that parts are repalced free of cost during warranty.
