[Resolved] DishTV — cheating customer and false promises | |||
I registered a complaint on 16 june 2018 for problems in my dish tv connection having vc number [protected]. I subscribed for a sony ten hd 3 channel the same day and soon after a probem of 301 no signal found started popping up. Although i was promised a solution within 24 hours no technician called before 18 june. The technician suggested to replace the hd set top box as there seems to be some issue with it. Now the technician demanded 610 rs to replace it. First of all this problem has arised due to some changes in your software due to my a new channel selection and while i had opted for dish tv i was promised life time warranty on set top box. Its already been 4 days and dish tv continues to harras a customer who has paid in advance for entire 1 year subscription. Is this how you treat your customers on false promises and cheating just to get a new connection. Im now going to file a pil, grievence resolution letter to ministry of consumer affarirs and legal complaint against dish tv for continus mental harrasment and wrong practices.
