[Resolved]  DishTV — complaint against dish tv.

I have recharged my connection with 209 rs. But i cannot use all the channels. After lots of call in customer service every time i heard from him our system is updating and they cut the call. Apart from it once someone was received my call and he told me due to trai rules your pack has been changed automatically if want use swagat pack now then you have to pay 265. I have recharged with 53 again 209+23+7 i have balance in my account 7 rs. Coz the executive told me pack would be change automatically after paying the amount.
Still i am getting same issue no one care of it.

Still I am waiting for the response but did not get yet. I wrote a mail to CEO care I'd and forward the same to the given I'd. But nothing happened. Is it the right way to treat your consumers.

I am trying to login through the DISHTV app. A message pops up everytime that first I should register my mobile by sending a message to 57575. Now I am trying to register my mobile number since last two days but nothing happened.
DISHTV RMN VC NO. to 57575. Without registering my number I am unable to login. Please look into it.
