[Resolved]  DishTV — complaint against my dishtv connection (vc number [protected])

I am a current subscriber to dishtv for many years.

In spite of paying my subscription money on time, for the last 3 (Three) weeks, i am not being able to watch few channels like r plus, 24 ghanta, news time bangla, music fatafati, zee bangla hd, colors bangla hd, etc although dishtv had confirmed in their mail that the above channels are already part of my subscription.

I had sent quite a number of emails to them and lodged my verbal complaint to them over phone, details are as per the files attached.

Although their customer service personnel had been assuring me both over phone and email that my problem would be looked into and resolved immediately after taking my complaint, but all my complaints seems to fall in their deaf ears.

I have now no other alternative than to put my case before you for your intervention and immediate resolution. Moreover, i do hereby demand, a full refund of my monthly subscription amount from dishtv as a penalty for their failure to deliver the required service due to me and not paying any heed to my regular complaints to them.

I sincerely hope that with your intervention, my complaint will be resolved and compensation paid to me without any further delay.

Sorry to state as per my telecommunication with the DishTV personnel yesterday, I was supposed to get a call back from them in the evening to resolve the issue. But unfortunately, I remain waken up till 12 in the mid-night, but no call came to me from DishTV.

Instead of playing hide and seek game with the customer and getting away with providing the adequate after sales service, DishTV should immediately send their technician to the place of connection and resolve the issue once and for all. This is matter of immense displeasure and calls for a strict and stringent action action against the service provider, who fails to deliver their proper service even after the customer's regular complaint for the last three weeks,
Else, the matter will soon be put up in all the possible channels of Social Media and reported to the editors of all leading news papers about the poor after sales service of the Service Provider and for the knowledge of all their prospective customers.

The organisation have rectified the anomaly, after complaining regularly for 3 weeks, but only after raising the complaint at your forum. In that case, do the corrective action is taken only for those customers who raise their complaint with

I am yet to receive any response from the concerned organisation on this issue.
