[Resolved]  DishTV — complaint

No resolution since 5 days. I have given several complaints. Nobody is resolving this issues.very bad customer care.

Technicians have visited and replaced the Box and adaptor and have charged 950 rs which is nearly half of the dish tv cost. After fixing the new box, they have not even configured and just went away.

When a complaint is given then rarely some technician calls and asks the address, then he tells this address is not under my workarea.

Pathetic and waste customer service. Till now the issue is not resolved.

Since 5 -6 days my issue is not being resolved. I had lodged a complaint on 30.11.2018 regarding no Signal from Dish Service. I have repeatedly tried to call customer care . First they take the call and tell us they are transferring to their supervisor and keeps the call on hold. Supervisor will never take the call most of the times and call will be in held status for a long time. After a long time they say supervisor is busy and will arrange a call back. Initially I received only once call back and that too he just told that he will look into the issue . After that called so many times and complained so many times that technician not yet received. No call back and no resolution.
After 2 days Some 4-5 technicians called us and asked address, after taking the address details they said this is not our work area.
Later one of the technician had visited us and told to replace the complete Receiver Box and adaptor. We do not know why this happened. However we told ok and he collected 930 rupees and replaced receiver box and adaptor and I got a message of 610 rupees only as payment received. After setting the receiver he tested some channels found ok. After some time some Boot error was appearing on the screen.We asked the same technician, then he told to wait for some time and check and he disappeared. Next day we could able to get signal for half a day and evening suddenly the signal got stopped and 301 error was appearing. Wen we called hin he said his work is upto fixing the receiver only and not getting the signal.

Since then we are calling customer care and and trying to complain. But no use. Everytime these useless calls come from techinicans and they say we are not from this work area.

Such a pathetic and useless Customer service from DIsh and they including technicians are never bothered of resolving the signal issue. Till now no resolution.
Now there is an automated message when i call the helpline .
Can any body help on this?
