Dear sir,
I have received a SMS from Dish tv for upgrade set up box to Version 4 from version 2 on 01 Apr 22, after that I had called to customer care for confirmation about offers period for setup box will be upgraded with no cost after this recharge will be ₹499 available in Recharge wallet, after this I had upgrade this to version 4 and paid ₹499 to technician and technician has done recharge on same day at 1400 hrs on 02 Apr 22, I have Venn calling customer support team 02, 03, 04 Apr 22 for 07-08 times but all support staff told to me some delay for updation in recharge amount and will be updated on Monday, and I had raised complaint regarding this on Saturday still not updated then I had call to customer support again for same complain then Mrs Sumitra senior officer told to me your setup box not upgraded in offer that’s why charges will be applied and my complaint regarding this has been closed her own side without resolution of my complaint, i attached a SMS copy of DishTV offer for setup box upgrade with this and further raised query for his staff for giving wrong information, plse I want to revert back my amount or replaced my previous box.
