[Resolved]  DishTV — complaint regarding new connection

Dear team
I have requested for new connection and customer care executive provided information regarding same but after that i have received a call from dish tv delear and he was told me that customer care executives provide me wrong information and will not be provide any benefits which was told by the customer care executive.
Who had misguided me my dish tv booking tokan no. Is 7976711
Without my confirmation they closed my booking and reason mentioned that customer refuse to pay

I had selected my packs several times online and through Mobile app. DishTV promptly changed the payment terms but continues to provide old pack. 10 nos of channels are not extended while they keep charging for the same for the last two months. A dozen calls to customer care did not yield any result

I bought a connection on 13th April 2019,
I'm not able to create an account on dish TV online to view my package while registering when I enter my VC number or my mobile it's displaying invalid VC number or mobile number is not registered
