[Resolved] DishTV — connection inactive despite my account having a balance | |||
I get 102 Error stating that the account is inactive though my dish tv mobile app is showing balance. I have called customer service five times and they tell me 1.They have sent the refresh command, 2. I wait fifteen minutes and then I have to disconnect the STB from power and reconnect. After 5 times of doing this, Dish TV now tells me that they do not know what to do, that it is a technical glitch and that they have no other resolution.
