[Resolved] DishTV — customer care executive giving wrong information to activate vas services | |
Hi I have received a call fro. Dish tv on 9th jan 2020 at 12:21 pm, telling me that i have a offer, the topper channel (No :133) is free for me for 1st month as i am a valuable customer. Then from 2nd month it will be chargeable. Initially i said no.. But he insist me to take that channel as free. Then i agree. After sometime i received a sms that it is activated and the amount has been increased to 70rs and the end date get reduced. I called again to raise a complain and deactivate the channel but they are saying that this channel has 1 month lock period. After telling this they agree to deactivate. O want to raise complain against the person who called me and give me wrong information to activate the channel. Was this information helpful? | |
