[Resolved] DishTV — customer service and cheating | |||
This is regarding the pathetic and false promises. My VC no. XXXXXXX. Today I mistakenly added one Add-on pack. and with in next 10 seconds I tried to delete Add-on pack from their website and got message that My request has need registered. Then in 10 minutes, I called customer care, agent said that he has registered the request and add-pn pack will be removed in 1 hours. After waiting for 5 hours I called customer care again and agent misbehaved with me. He was very rude and hardly interested to hear my complaint and give me resolution. I requested him to have his senior/manage to talk to me. After many requests he said his senior is busy and can not talk to me. Then he said, he has registered a call back for me and his senior will call me back in 15 mins. But waiting for an hour, I had to call customer care again myself. This time, customer care agent was hardly interested to take call and talk to me. Finally he said that he has registered my complaint and with in 15 min my add-on pack will be deleted. I requested him to be on line for 15 mins while my account gets updated. He said Ok. Then he said its not possible because I have to wait for 29 days more to get add-on deleted as per my request. I asked him that he just said that with in 15 mins my pack will be deleted. He said he doesnt know anything. I again request this agent to have his senior talk to me, he put my call hold and then after 10 minutes call disconnected and nobody called me back. My Complaint Points are - 1. They has put so called lock in period without my knowledge and no confirmation while mistakenly added add-on pack (I wanted to add Supreme Infotainment and mistakenly added Hindi Entertainment). 2. There is no option to switch/modify channels/packs/add-on from website, while they have shown these services but none are working. 3. I am very much disturbed and also insulted by rude behavior of customer care agents. 4. Why the company is cheating with such so called locking period and false promises, that are mere useless. I want my package to be free from LOCK IN period and let me have the OPTION TO CHOOSE WHATEVER CHANNEL OR PACKAGE I WANT TO SEE. Its none of your business to decide whatever I see.
