[Resolved] DishTV — dd national not showing on my dishtv account

Hi, I am not sure whether this platform is help to resolve the issues we register here. So far i am disappointed as i register complaint regarding dd national channel not coming on my dishtv account but no response from dishtv received yet. I already did all the possible suggestion read in this portal but no improvement. My vc no. Is [protected]. Kindly do the needful. Apr 16, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Suggested action already did many times. Now did channel search 3 to 5 times, save and refresh the account. After that DD National start coming on my DishTv account. DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 14, 2020 DishTV Customer Care's response Dear Vinod, We would like to inform you that if your account is in active status and you are still not able to see DD National channel, kindly give a missed call on[protected] to refresh your account.
