[Resolved] DishTV — deactivation of channel sony ten 1 hd | |||
Hi I have been subscriber of dishtv for the last 10 years.in 2017 dec i had paid for 3 months subscription fees to extend till 7th march 2018. My pack consists of base pack plus the hd pack. (Including of sony ten 1 hd). In jan they suddenly deactivated sony ten 1 hd just before the india-sa series. When i complained first time in first week of jan 18, they said they will activate it till my next recharge date without any extra charge i. E. 7th march 2018 but after that i have to pay extra charge when i subscribe again. That was fine with me. But in first week of feb they again deactivated the son ten 1 hd channel, saying i have to pay rs 20 for one month activation of the sony ten 1 hd channel. When i asked them about the jan commitment they had given they said they had just adjusted it against some points which i gathered, now i have to pay rs 20. They asked to pay within a week failing which it will be adjusted against my already paid balance. Reluctantly i paid the rs 20 they had asked but the payment got delayed after 7 days. The activation should have been valid till 7th march. But on 22nd march they deactivated again just before the final t20 match between sa and india, asking me to 30 rs more. When i asked them what for, they said they had credited 50rs and i had negative balance etc. I never asked for any 50 rs credit. Dishtv is doing all illegal and unethical practice o[censored]surping money from their subscribers. I had raised multiple complaint but no avail. Neither are they activating sony ten1 hd channel nor are they refunding the rs 20/-. I have lost trust in this money minded company My vc number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
