[Resolved]  DishTV — deceiving of consumers

Sir, today I have recharged my dish Vc number [protected] with the amount of 2268 with 6 months free benefits as per directions of Dishtv customer care. When I recharged my Dishtv account and inserted my viewing card in setup box and it shows error 201 when I seen subsequently I called to customer for solution and they advised me to go Dishtv dealar nearer to he could pair the box and card, after receiving advise I rushed to spot and I disclosed the problem before them but they refused and told we couldn’t pair it you buy new one setup box. And then I requested to refund my in account to which they failed to reply me and ignored my requests/complaints. Dish customer care has deceived me your are requested to take necessary against the defaulters

When i recharged my dishtv account and inserted my viewing card in setup box and it shows error 201 when i seen errors subsequently i called to customer for solution and they advised me to go dishtv dealar nearer to he could pair the box and card, after receiving advise i rushed to spot and i disclosed the problem before them but they refused and told we couldn’t pair it you buy new one setup box. Then i again called to dishtv customercare they insured me to resolve the problem but they don’t. After this they told me that we transfer money to someone account accordingly i communicated all recharge details as well as secreen shots. But nothing has been done yet. Dishtv customer care has deceived / misguided me. Your are requested to take necessary action against the defaulters and resolving my problem.
