[Resolved] DishTV — desired channels not getting | |||
My dish tv viewing card number is [protected]. I was on hd jumbo family pack and when the trai regulations came in place i have submitted my desired channel list to dish tv via, internet and calling customer care. Since day before yesterday i started getting all hopeless pay channels from dish. When i complained, they told there is some alignment of dish has to happen, for that thay will be sending technission within 24 hrs. But no body came. After repeated complaints also they are not seems to be bother. Sir, trai did this for customer to choose their desired channels, but in reality, we have to see all stupid channels shown by dth operator, that to pay channels.
