[Resolved] DishTV — Disappointing after sales services & complaint handling - disconnection prior to expiry date | |||||
My customer id# [protected], dishtv pakistani channels switched off just after one month of subscription on 13 april instead of 13th july, after several complaints by email their rep mr.Farooq simply informed me "cal on our helpline number", since i live out of india so its not feasible for me to do overseas call, at support some one send me email with ticket # 161 with no name or contact details, later i tried their whatsapp number and they just replied again and again asking same details and telling me we will revert back however nothing yet happened since last one week of so many emails, and whatsapp messages exchanges it seems that they don't bother about customer care much, neither they do care of their reputation.
