[Resolved] DishTV — dish charged me 3 month for vas without my permission and notification | |||
Dish tv charged me for 3 month valued added services (Vas) without my permission and notification for my dish tv vc no. Is [protected]. When i call to dish tv customer care they told me that they activate the vas because they apply an offer without notification and without my permission. Total 2 vas services was added to my dish tv account on 26th march and there was no notification was given and neither they ask me. They deduct the vas charges from recharge amount. Before 3 days when i get got recharge reminder within 20 days from last recharge then i check what is wrong. Then i got they are charging me 117/- (Inducing gst) per month for 2 vas services. When i complaint against it they are giving me only 50/- like i am begging from them. This is totally cheating and fraud by dish tv and i want my full money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
