on 7/1/2015 I have had the worst experince with Dish TV customer service . 1st they double charged me when I signed up they did refund me and gave me a credit . on 7/4/2015 Then when the day came for them to show up and set up my service was the worst .
My set up date was on 7/4/2015 . At 7:30 AM I received an e mail stating that the tech would be at my house be tween 7:30 and 8:45 I also received a phone message stating the same . I waited until 11:30 . I called Dish TV customer service and asked if they new when the tech will show up I was told he is running late and he will call .At 1:00 I called again . I was told that the tech left a note on my font door stating he showed up at 8:43 and waited 20 min . This is a lie I was home all day no note on my door no phone call stating he was on his way or that he was at my house . I asked to have some one come out anyways they stated they can not come out for 5 days . they pretty much called me a liar stating I wasnt home and he was there. they are the worst customer service I have ever delt with stay away from them if you want to be treated right Was this information helpful? | |
