Requested for dish tv realignment on 15 aug 19. Was assured problem resolution within 24 hours. Been more than 52 hours, problem still not resolved. No body from senior executive calls back even if a call back is promised by the customer executive on the ivr. Poor service inspite of numerous calls. Regret being a dish customer.
