I have a dish tv connection with VC No [protected]. There is an additional connection linked to the account with VC No [protected].
I am not getting transmission in the child connection since 10 Feb 19 and have been contacting the customer care since then. I had made a number of calls with no results.
It reached a point where the customer care staff started replying in a rude manner when i asked for a deadline for resolution of the problem.
This forced me to migrate to a different service provider. I had requested dish tv customer care to terminate my connection and refund the money in my account.
The customer care every time says that i would get a call regarding the same but never reverted back. I had even posted my concern on the "Write to CEO" forum of the dish tv website. Still i havent received any response for the same.
This is a clear cut case of cheating the customer and depriving him of his hard earned money. The himself seems to be heading the team of bandits to loot the customer. Was this information helpful? |
