DishTV — dish tv not installation money refund | |||||
Dear concerned, My name is sathishkumar s. On october 14, 2019 i was planning to buy dishtv using internet. I have ordered and prepaid for a new connection directly from dishtv website. I used net - banking (Paytm) to make the payment of rupees 1490/-. Phone no: email:[protected]@gmail.com online payment rs.1490 paytm dish tv set box online booking request no: not install. But this request was canceled. Reason customer want other offers/product of dish tv. I want a clarification and prompt installation (Request no:) in this regard. I have book a complaint regarding a request no: more than 25 days passed no response from dish tv. And custumer care is saying [protected]@dishtv.in. Number of times i made followup with customer care: 5 (At time of writing) Number of callback requested: 15 (Received none) Their service manager is not available for call in case of escalation. Their customer care is polite to accept their fault & assure you to get this done at the end of the 10 days but nothing happens. But it's already more than 25 days, i have not got and refund. They are not responding by mail. I had spended more than 30 percent of the actual cost of device over phone call itself. I am not sure now if they are ever gonna refund it. Please note: I am writing emails & putting complaint continuously for my refund and justification for the not installation (Request no:). But without any written confirmation they are keep on calling me from call center by a new name every time and disturbing me unnecessarily even though i have told them to send your inquiry by return mail. I request to dish tv for new connection but when the service Engineer arrives they try provide me only new dish tv bix without any extra hardware infact they try to cheat me. And also dish tv not lodging my complaint about distributor.
