[Resolved]  DishTV — dish tv/about new connection

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400033

I ordered new connection of dish tv online on ' my dish tv' app on 11th august 2019, but no installation is done and payment is done online of ₹1, 590. Now the installation is cancelled by dish tv technician but no request of cancellation is done by my side then also a message has come from dish tv that consumer has cancelled the order. I called dish tv call centre and tell my problem but as they said they will refund money. Till date no money is refunded. Please refund as soon as possible
