I was using the Dish TV since 2+ years and every time the service stopped abruptly and when called up Customer care gave me an appointment to Technician at a cost of 200/- and this happened at least about 3 times.
Recently the connection was inactive and when I recharged ( it the connection stayed on as Inactive due to low balance (Error 102). Contacted Customer care and they again told me a Technician visit is required, but when further enquired they cut the call and I am unable to speak to them or their line manager is not calling back. Its been 2 days since and no response.
I have escalated the matter to Nodal officer and there is no response either. Was this information helpful? |
