[Resolved]  DishTV — DishTC HD+ Connection

I'm Ankit Shukla and I have purchased a new Dish TV HD connection on 31st Jan, 2017. My registered mobile number is [protected]. My Installation Request Number [protected]

1) The express installation that your company advertises that the connection would be installed in 24-48 hrs was violated as the connection has still not been installed at my house.

2) My local service area DTH provider has falsely without even asking me for any kind of ID proof, not even a call has updated that my Installation Request Number [protected] has been closed due to no ID proof being provided.

3) Since 1st Jan, 2017 I have been talking to three senior customer care executives namely Mr. Anuj Singh, Rahul Kumar and Surjan Chaudhary. Anuj Singh on 31st jan promised me that the Technician would come for installation on 1st Jan, 2017. However, even after today which 2nd Jan, 2017 no one from the technical team has neither contacted me nor given me any calls as to when they would be coming. Mr. Anuj Singh promised me that the technician would arrive on 1st Jan, 2017, however that turned out to false information as no technician arrived on 1st Jan, 2017.

Mr. Rahul Kumar had promised me that the technical team would arrive in the evening on 2nd Jan, 2017 but that too has been false information again, as nobody has arrived for installation.

4) I urge DISH TV to take firm action against the technical person who has falsely updated that no ID proof was available when infact nobody from the technical team has ever contacted me.

5) The phone call recording and my conversation with Mr. Anuj Singh, Mr. Rahul Kumar and Mr. Surjan Chaudhary should been scrutinized in details as this would reveal how much false information and commitments were done, however, everything turned out to be false information.

6) I urge DISH TV to not promote such false advertising as express installation since my experience has been contrary to what has been stated by DISH TV company.

The customer care at DISH TV has handled my case terribly and i'm left with no answers, just false information and promises.

I still look forward to having my connection to be installed as soon as possible as I do not have any faith in DISH TV company anymore.
