[Resolved] DishTV — dishtv-customer support could not arrange technician visit to resolve long standing issue. | |||
I have been facing 301-signal not found issue since last 5days and raised a complain and told that technician visit will be arranged and issue will be resolved in 24hrs. But since that day its been 5days no one has appeared, being a customer as sufferer i am reaching to customer support every day a minimum of 4 to 6 times and most of the time stays on line to get the call connected but when time comes just listening only one thing from them that they are taking this as priority basis (Since these 5 days may be my complain has taken 10+ times on priority basis, and no one cares the priority), i was given a new time within that it will be for sure resolved but as usual nothing happens no one visit being a customer and without any option i calls the support again, again stays in line wait for the turn and same thing repeats, priority and new time story and assurance and this goes on a loop for me since last 5 days. Seems the service team to whom they are assigning the ticket don't care this dishtv and seems dishtv also don't have any other options/control with and simply raising their hand saying what we can do service team is not picking the call. The service team is closing the ticket without fix or consumer concern and they seems don't care about dishtv. I asked dishtv support to assign some other service team or taken some other ways around but seems they are out of option and when i am asking them as you don't have any option forward this call to your superior they are also saying what they can do they will also tell the same (How pathetic). Since these 5days i have called customer support for more than 20+ times and stays in hours in line to get this thing resolved but nothing helps Vc no - [protected] Complain no[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
