[Resolved]  DishTV — dishtv is not showing dd national

I can see dd national is included in my package but i am unable to watch this channel.

Tried to complain couple of times in dishtv online portal but they closed it without any reason. Even their portal is inaccessible lot of times.

Called dishtv customer care and they kept me waiting for an hour but could not talk to anyone as phone got disconnect after this one hour of waiting.

Hope you are doing good.

We would like to inform you that if your account is in active status and you are still not able to see DD National channel, kindly give a missed call on[protected] to refresh your account. Please ensure that your STB is SWITCHED ON - on channel 96 for updation.

My tv switch off date 27 march 2020 and may new recharge 24 march 2020 is not done my ragistred mb no [protected] and vc no [protected]
