[Resolved] DishTV — dishtv was charging rs.25 after switch off date as processing charge! why? | |
6 days ago my dishtv was switched off. But now when i recharged again dishtv debited rs.25 from my account! Why? They told me that that was a processing charge! Why? Why we had to pay this processing charge? It is our own matter when we recharge our account or not. Dishtv is looting us by saying "it is our rules." Everytime I have to call you guys but they won't even call and check the status. Very pathetic customer service.
