[Resolved] DishTV — dth service | |||||
I am pick-by-channel subscriber of Dish TV. Recently I added few channels. Which are locked in for 3 months. Means I cannot delete the channels for 3 months and I have already paid for the channels. After my pack is activated, I found 2 channels are not showing because of 'no signal found' error. I contacted Dish TV, they are saying my dth needs 'alignment' which will cost another 236 rupees. Otherwise I can just forget about the channels. My question is - 1) why other channels are showing and problem is only with these two sports channels ? 2) if the service needs alignment, it should be free of cost, because I am consumer, if service is not properly installed, it is not my fault. Company should compensate for their installation mistake. I would recommend others to stay away from these fraud people and switch to some other dth providers. They will weaken signal on specific channels so that you call them and fix the alignment with your own cost. Blood-sucking loosers.
