[Resolved]  DishTV — error 301 not resolved

I am facing error 301 with number of free to air channels. But when i called the customer service, they asked me to book a technician visit for which i have to pay rs. 200/- +gst. I am unable to understand why i should pay. I have already paid for the channels and now i have to pay again for the resolution of the problem with the channels. Why should i be charged twice.

My VC number:-[protected]. Dish tv does not shown free channel aakash aath though I repeatedly complain in Dish TV. But Dish tv. does not responses yet. I had recharge amount Rs. 867. Please help me if you can.
