[Resolved] DishTV — error 402 | |||
I am dish TV HD viewer from last 2 year..and have 2 connection child & parents. And pay regularly RS.850/- per month. I m unable to watch dishtv from last 3 days Screen show error...402 I m complained customer care... Then customer care executive say pay 600/- approx for service of this type of error. I am not understand ...why I pay service charge pay for setup box or VC Card error. I am ask to customer care executive, I don't want to any service charges for setup/vc card error problem . Customer care executive say must pay charge 600/- then u can avail this dist tv. Service. I am ask to executive I disconnect the dish TV both connections..Executive say of course this is your choice.
